World Peace Day
Last Friday, September 21st, our entire school community came together to celebrate World Peace Day. It acted as an opportunity for our E1 and E2 students to reflect on the ideals of global citizenship. Students participated in a variety of activities including a school-wide art project that symbolized their understanding of world peace.
We also got to map out our connections around the world by using red dots to show where we were born, where our parents were born and if we could remember, where our grandparents were born! We were pleased to see that every continent was represented on the map and in our school!
